Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy
When booking a session with Chloe Timmons Photography, a non-refundable payment is required to officially reserve your date and time. This ensures that your session spot is held just for you and allows me to plan my schedule accordingly.
Rescheduling:
You are welcome to reschedule your session one time at no additional charge, as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Once your complimentary reschedule has been used, any additional date changes will require a new non-refundable payment to reserve the new date.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will be charged 40% of the total session fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will require payment of the full session fee.
By booking a session, you agree to these cancellation and rescheduling policies.
